How it works!
1) The track you buy comes with a watermark which will be removed when you develop and create the song into your own personalised song, by booking a session Fitdog studios.
What can you do with the base track.
1) change the structure of the song: for instance the intro, verses, chorus and middle 8.
2) Add, remove or change the instrumentation of the track.
3) Apply the melody/top line you’ve written or develop the idea with us.
4) Write the lyrics and record your vocal and harmonies.
5) Bring in your own instruments and musicians.
6) The session will be charged at our standard hourly rate (the backing purchase price will be deducted).
7) You’ll have full control on how you’d like the track to be mixed and mastered.
8) Any changes can be applied within a booked Fitdog session.
9) After the session is complete the song is yours and ready with the watermark removed.
Are there any constraints?
1) Well to change the base track it needs to be through a booked session at Fitdog Studios.
2) You can’t pass the purchased base track on to someone else and copy it as is, without our permission.
3) The unaltered purchased base track can’t be published or sold on without negotiating with us first.

Fitdog Studios maintains the intellectual property rights of all of these represented musical works until your changes have been applied during one or more Fitdog sessions.
