This short summary of the License Agreement Allows:
1) The right to use this music as part of a production in whatever medium necessary (i.e. film, video, CD, DVD, podcast, computer game, or presentation).
2) Receive a High Quality stereo WAV of the track at 16bit 44k.
3) Unlimited use as part of your media production.
4) Allowed to be used for Youtube, and other online platforms.
5) Fitdog Studios retains full ownership of the work and can continue to sell more non-exclusive licenses.

Rights NOT INCLUDED are:
1) Claim ownership or authorship of the music.
2) Transfer,Share or sub-lease this Licence Agreement.
3) Permit any other individual or third party the right to use the music.
4) Resell, trade or exploit for profit the represented tracks.
4) Use of the represented tracks as a stand alone song for monetary gain.
5) If you require the individual track stems then please contact us and we can provide you these for £60. Fitdog Studios maintains the intellectual property rights of all of these represented musical works.
