It can be:

	The Reduction of hiss from very old tape recordings
	Bringing dull recordings to life
	Removal of low level rumble caused by mains hum or noisy recording equipment.
	Removal of annoying gaps between tracks
	The creation of smooth fades between tracks that stop suddenly with a pop

We have a noise reduction tool that analyses the noise signature of a track and then removes the signature leaving the audio intact.

We have exciters that enhance and generate high frequency harmonics making the recording brighter and more lively. The exciters can also
make the bass end more defined and solid.

We have equalisation and compressors that can bring tired recordings to life.

Unfortunately the technology does not yet exist that enables anyone to convert an old cassette recording from a portable
cassette recorder to one of CD quality. So expect an improvement....but not miracles!
